The studio is located on the top floor and covers the entire floor, giving you complete privacy. From the front, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Toronto streets and the CN Tower. At the back, there's a large private deck just for you. The spacious, fully furnished room comes with a queen-size bed and is designed for your comfort. There's also a sitting area right next to the room, making it perfect for couples or small families. If needed, we can provide one folding bed & extra mattresses. You'll have most of the kitchen essentials in your room, including a fridge and microwave oven, so you can prepare simple meals during your stay.

The 20% advance charged at the time of booking is non refundable

Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival day

No show or late cancellation: One night stay charge (in addition to 20% deposit)

Early termination: Balance is non-refundable

House Rules

Remove shoes when entering rooms
No smoking indoors, parties, or loud noise (especially at night)
No pets allowed
Respect other guests and staff - do not take food from shared fridge
Follow all posted signs and written instructions
No illegal activities or inappropriate behavior
Check-in: By appointment (1pm-9pm), Check-out: 11am
$60 charge for lost keys (for safety of future guests)
